What it is
{"overview":"The De Vere 203 is a darkroom enlarger rather than a camera, designed for printing medium-format negatives up to 6x7cm. With darkroom equipment a niche category, prices at auction are highly condition- and completeness-sensitive, and a 203 sells for materially more when supplied with its full lens, negative carriers and colour or multigrade head.","buying_guide":"Inspect the column and baseboard for stability, check the bellows for light leaks, and confirm the head moves smoothly on its rails.

Questions
Is the De Vere 203 a camera?
No. The 203 is a darkroom enlarger for printing negatives, not a taking camera, which is worth bearing in mind when comparing its value to camera-body prices.
