It has been adapted for 120 film. The front door is marked with pencil numbers for the film numbers in the red window to get four pictures on 120 film. The shutter fires well on the high speeds but is a bit sluggish on the low speeds.

The shutter is working on both slow and fast speeds. The swing of the lens seems consistent and smooth. If left to sit for a while, it may hang up on the slow speed, but firing it on the fast speed gets it working smoothly again.

This rare Kodak No.4 Panoram model 4 is in very good condition for age. Signs of use present, as to be expected. Internals are excellent. Lens is clear of fungus and haze. Bellows are light tight and excellent.
