What it is
{"overview":"The Plaubel Anticomar f\/4.2 300mm is a long-focus large-format lens carrying Plaubel's Anticomar branding. On that basis, what a Plaubel Anticomar f\/4.2 300mm is worth today sits in the low-to-mid hundreds of pounds, but a single data point is not a reliable guide to value and condition, completeness and shutter function will swing the price a buyer pays or the figure it sells for.","buying_guide":"Inspect the glass for haze, separation and cleaning marks, and check that any shutter fires accurately at all speeds, as service for older Plaubel-branded optics is specialist work.

Questions
Is the Plaubel Anticomar 300mm a collector item?
It appeals mainly to large-format photographers and Plaubel collectors, and value depends heavily on glass condition and whether it is supplied in a working shutter.
