What it is
{"overview":"The Polaroid SX-70 Sonar is an instant film SLR camera, a folding single-lens reflex design that uses Polaroid's integral SX-70 film. With just a single result on file, this figure is best read as one wholesale data point rather than a settled market price, and condition of the bellows, body covering and electronics will swing what any individual example sells for.","buying_guide":"Inspect the bellows carefully for pinholes or splits, check that the folding mechanism opens and closes cleanly, and confirm the Sonar autofocus transducer responds and drives the lens.

Questions
What makes the SX-70 Sonar different from a standard SX-70?
The Sonar version adds Polaroid's ultrasonic autofocus system to the folding SX-70 SLR body, while still using SX-70 integral instant film.
