Fujifilm GA 645 Zi

The Fujifilm GA 645 Zi is a medium format autofocus rangefinder-style camera that exposes 6x4.5cm frames on 120 or 220 roll film. Introduced in the late 1990s, it was positioned as a compact, travel-friendly medium format option for photographers who wanted autofocus and a built-in zoom lens rather than a modular system.

Common concerns include the internal LCD data panel fading or bleeding, the autofocus zoom motor becoming sluggish, and light seals on the film back deteriorating. Before buying, check that the zoom steps through its focal range smoothly, the frame counter and exposure readouts are legible, and the film advance runs without error codes. Service support from Fujifilm is limited, so parts availability depends on donor bodies.
