What it is
{"overview":"The Ihagee Exakta B is a 127 roll-film single-lens reflex made by the Dresden firm Ihagee, introduced in the 1930s. As of 2026, what the camera is worth today depends heavily on cosmetic state, shutter function and completeness, and only exceptional examples approach the top of that range; most clean but used bodies sell for values nearer the lower end.","buying_guide":"Inspect the cloth focal-plane shutter for pinholes, capping and accurate slow speeds, and check the chrome plating for pitting around the edges and lens throat.

Questions
Why is there such a wide price range?
The Exakta B is highly condition-sensitive: shutter health, chrome quality and completeness drive value, so tired examples sit near the lower end while outstanding, fully working bodies command the top prices.
