Questions
What should I check when buying a Toyo Field 45 A II?
Inspect the bellows for pinholes, confirm all movements lock firmly, check the ground glass for cracks, and ensure the lens board standard and rear film back are intact and compatible with standard accessories.
Is the Toyo Field 45 A II worth buying?
For photographers committed to working with 4x5 sheet film in the field, it remains a practical choice given its folding design, though buyers should weigh the price against the ongoing cost and availability of sheet film and processing.
