Minolta Dynax 404si

{"overview":"The Minolta Dynax 404si is a 35mm film SLR from Minolta's autofocus Dynax line, sold in the UK market during the late 1990s. Values today are modest because the camera was a budget model in its day and supply at saleroom level comfortably meets demand; condition and inclusion of a working lens are the main swing factors on what a 404si sells for.","buying_guide":"Inspect the electronics carefully, as entry-level Dynax bodies rely heavily on battery power and can show erratic metering or shutter behaviour when the main board ages. Check the film door light seals, the rear LCD for fading segments, and confirm autofocus drive operation with a known-good Minolta AF (A-mount) lens.
