The MP SP was a very rare version of a Leica MP, made exclusively to special order, featuring M2 mechanics with special engraving on the top plate, there is 'P 267' serial number still engraved inside, the number of the top plate has been removed and replaced with a sterling silver plaque with initials 'A.M.'.
