The Hasselblad 50mm f/4 C Distagon T* is a wide-angle prime for the Hasselblad V-system, mounting on 500-series and related 6x6 medium format bodies via the C bayonet. Designed by Carl Zeiss as a retrofocus Distagon, the T* suffix denotes the multicoated version of the chrome-barrel C lens, aimed at landscape, architecture and interior work on 120 film.

At recent UK auction, hammer prices for the 50mm f/4 C Distagon T* have ranged from about £80 for cosmetically tired or hazy examples up to £277 for a clean copy, with a median in the low £200s across 2022-2025 saleroom results.
